Vanilla Sugar

Vanilla sugar is a very versatile item, you can use it in your coffee, substituting it for sugar in a recipe can add extra vanilla flavor to your baked goods.Its very simple, affordable, and will make a great gift for others too. Here’s what you need

  • 1 Vanilla Bean
  • 2 Cups of Sugar (if you can’t/don’t use sugar, you can substitute it with  Stevia)
  • 1 Canning jar

Now slice the vanilla bean lengthwise in half and place in the jar with the sugar, make sure to bury the vanilla bean in the sugar so its covered, keep it in there for 2 weeks.
